I’m getting mixed reviews about the direction of my shading lolol.I think I used too much shadow but the model looks the way I’m shading.

You should shade the whole thing a mid tone, then erase for highlights and shade in more for shadows!! It’ll come out smooth and natural :)

It’s ART 115 with Ladewig-Bronstein. She’s pretty chill and the exercises she has us doing are pretty cool.

Today, I was called in to work and I wasn’t wearing work appropriate clothes so I walked across the street from my school to this thrift store where I purchased everything I needed (and then some) for $16. I also made friends with one of the ladies that works there. There are angel cats painted on the windows out front.
Everything about that place is perrrfect.
